We deliver to most major cities and towns across India. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and serviceable. If delivery is not possible to your location, our team will contact you to explore alternate arrangements.

2. Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after plan maturity or redemption request.
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery may take longer depending on design complexity. You will be informed of the estimated timeline during order confirmation.
• Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 days

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available for eligible orders above a certain value (as updated on the website/app).
• A nominal shipping charge may be applied to lower-value orders or for expedited deliveries. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Packaging & Security

• All products are securely packed and insured during transit.
• Shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners who specialize in transporting high-value items.

5. Delivery Process

• The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
• Delivery will only be made to the authorized person listed during your saving scheme registration or DigiGold account setup.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Raja Rani DigiGold is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, transport strikes, lockdowns, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.

7. Failed Deliveries

• If the first delivery attempt fails, we will attempt a second delivery.
• If still undelivered, the product will be returned to our office.
• You must contact our support team to reschedule delivery. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
